Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. In the 30 days periord, If you are not satisfied with the response or not happy with our services, you can claim cancel the site and request for a refund by sending a mail to email@example.com.
Once we receive the mail from you in this 30 days period, we will calculate the days used in pro rata basis and rest of the moeny will be refunded back to you.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund,In a weeks time however the request will be considered on merit basis.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
